Wow has it been a week with no posts, see this is why I don't like these things just another thing on my list of to do's!! Anyways, nothing new going on, girls are good, sorry no pics! We will have pics form this wkends games it's their last games of the season on Saturday. Lizzy had a volleyball game tonight they lost AGAIN! They won last weeks game tho' and I have a feeling it'll be their only win of the season being that were gong up against a hard team next week.

We did have some drama the past 2 wks with our neighbors they called the city on us sayn that our pool is the source of their water problems and drainage issues. They came and looked then they said they would have to get an engineer out to take a look so 2 engineers and a ordinance lady met with us at 730am this morn and found nothing. All week long we have been praying that either the city would have to fix it or they would find nothing wrong with our part. All they told us was that the water was flowing the wrong way and that the neighbors needed to grade down their side so it could drain properly. They were not happy! Plus they said water is coming from somewhere and that they would ck into water consumption from the other houses upstream from us. Plus they said we needed to do some investigating to as to where that corrugated drain pipe starts we know where it ends. Well come to find out the old home owner is still friends with one of our neighbors so we asked our neighbor for his number and Ken talked with him today and he said that he put in the drain pipe and the neighbors where sup to connect to our part on our side and finish out the project, and he said they never did but still complained about the water. So we told the ordinance lady that and she had a chuckle and she said well he failed to mention that this morning no didn't he! She said there was nothing they could do and it lies in their hands. However she did say she checked on water consumption and there is a house further back from us that is pulling alot of water so they will check on that.
