This was Sarah's first soccer game as a Spark. She played hard and had alot of fun she really loves running! They won this game 3-2. This is an aggresive sport which really suits her and her coaches love that about her. She plays more of a defensive position. From what she has explained to us is that she is to come up on offensive players and kick it out to her teammates or out of bounds, so she kinda helps the goalie out. We are really clueless on this sport, so it will take some time for us to figure it all out.This game was so cold so Ken and I wimped out and sat in the car and took pics from the car that morning. It was in the 40's but with the wind coming up off the lake it felt way colder! Plus it was a morning game!

ReplyDeleteIt was too darn cold. Also notice that Sarah wasn't wearing any cold weather gear...We are getting OLD!!!
